RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervises, assign, and coordinate the work activities of shop floor operatives.
· Plan and develop work schedules in line with order in hand.
· Be able to read and interpret relevant engineering drawings, related specifications, quality standards and equipment manuals, and to follow work instructions and relevant plans and schedules.
· Take measurements for and fabricate insulation ducts.
· Estimation of the drawings/tag lists
· Monitor ducting production related consumables and procurement of related items.
· Programming of manufacturing items using CNC software.
· Complete all work in a safe manner and on time providing a quality end result.
· Day to day delivery schedule
· Preparing invoice and delivery note.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Basic IT Skills including Word, Excel & other supportive operating software’s
· Knowledge of insulation materials and fabrication techniques.
· Skill in fabrication, installation, and repair of related products or equipment.
· Skill in estimated time and material requirements of work projects assigned.
· Skill in both verbal and written communication.
· Excellent timekeeping.
· Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
· Math skills including good understanding of fractions and angles.
· Ability to read blue prints drawings and cut lists.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, from Engineering or diploma background.
