Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an MEP environment and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings for water supply, drainage, and other systems.
- Work as part of the MEP team to ensure the smooth integration of plumbing with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to install plumbing systems according to project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with plumbing systems, providing effective solutions and repairs.
- Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, water filtration systems, and other plumbing-related equipment.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan, design, and execute plumbing projects.
- Assist with material procurement, ensuring the availability of plumbing materials and tools for ongoing projects.
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues and perform repairs on a priority basis.
