Overview: We are looking for a skilled Electrician with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with safety codes and project specifications.
- Work on MEP systems, collaborating with other trades (Mechanical and Plumbing) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform diagnostics, and implement corrective actions.
- Install lighting systems, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Perform inspections and routine maintenance of electrical systems to ensure they are safe and functional.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and building codes.
- Assist in the preparation of material and equipment lists for ongoing projects.
- Support senior engineers and project managers with technical recommendations.
- Document and report all work completed, including test results and maintenance logs.
- Work on both planned and emergency electrical maintenance tasks.
