Designation: Senior Executive (DES_2349)
Office Location: Dubai
Position Description: We're looking for a motivated team player to join Affle's Dubai Finance team. The person will be managing AP (Account Payables) related processes like Invoicing, Compliance, Documentation, Reconciliation etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify invoice details, such as pricing, quantities, and payment terms.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other issues.
- Accurately input financial data of the invoices received into the company's accounting system.
- Maintain and update Vendors master data and ensure completeness.
- Assist with reconciling accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounts payable transactions as per company’s standard operating procedure.
- Assist in the filing and organization of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
- Help with audits and reporting as needed.
Required Skills:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Commerce.
▪ 2 – 5 years’ experience in Accountancy / Finance
- Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
▪ Hands on GST & TDS Tax compliance
▪ Good Communication Skills. English is must
▪ Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
▪ Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.
▪ Strong and Financial acumen and good problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
▪ Basic understanding of accounting principles.
▪ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
