Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Nippon Energy in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also handle financial analysis, forecasting, and providing strategic recommendations to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, including monitoring cash flow and handling transactions.
- Oversee and maintain bank facilities, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with banking regulations.
- Follow up on accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Auditing skills
- Experience in financial analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Experience in providing strategic financial recommendations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification is a plus
