Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor suppliers’ invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Manage supplier inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Support the Head of Finance with daily tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and VAT.
- Advance proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Adaptability to work in a multi-racial setting environment.
- Strong adherence to policies and standards.
