Infigonia Group, FZ-LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Bookkeeper to join the accounting team for our group of companies.

- Infigonia is looking for a detail-oriented, highly skilled bookkeeper who can work with our current accounting team to manage the finances of a growing company
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting/finance
- You must be comfortable in a startup environment and comfortable taking 200% ownership.

Responsibilities
- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
- Prepare schedules of staff indemnity, accrued expenses, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, customer and supplier ageing
- Process reconciliation of bank accounts, cash books, expense schedules and record adjustment journal entries
- Continuously review the process of updating the accounting records
- Provide trial balance, profit and loss account and balance sheet extracted from the system
- Produce supporting schedules for staff indemnity, accrued expenses, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, customer, Intercompany balances, supplier ageing and bank reconciliation statements
- Provide reporting package as required by management.
- Organize all supporting documents including bank statements, invoices to customers, bills from suppliers, payment and receipt details, petty cash report, expense claims and other information
- Assisting with annual audit, tax filing and other government compliance
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other tasks as may be required by the company
