Finance - Accountant - Real Estate
Job Title: Real Estate Accountant – Finance Department
Location: Dubai, UAE

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit/loss, cash flow, revenue).
- Oversee invoicing, VAT compliance, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) obligations.
- Record entries for expenses and incomes while ensuring reconciliation of all files.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Handle WPS for salary processing and ensure accurate employee payments.
- Manage rent schedules, deductions, and related accounting tasks.
- Provide detailed revenue and profitability reports to the Head of Finance.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants, preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with financial laws.
- Maintain excellent data management and reporting systems, leveraging tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and ZohoBooks.
- Collaborate effectively with the Finance team, ensuring open and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, CIT, and WPS processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar online tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle complex reconciliations and audits.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and passionate about delivering top-quality work.
- IT-savvy with experience using various accounting and financial management tools.
