Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Management:
• Oversee and maintain the company’s CRM system to track client payments and update records.
• Analyze CRM data to identify payment trends and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Accounting Assistance:
• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Monitor incoming payments and reconcile with outstanding invoices.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
