The Main Duties:
1- Receiving car delivery requests from departments.
2- Coordinating and monitoring the receipt and transfer of cars from suppliers.
3- Coordinating and following up on the receipt of new cars and equipping them with the required equipment such as tracking, external equipment, etc.
4- Receiving plates, registering them and preparing them for distribution and installation on cars.
5- Planning, coordinating and tracking the transfer of cars to customers in the regions and following up to ensure timely delivery.
6- Following up on the movement of cars from suppliers until they are delivered to customers and removing obstacles to speed up delivery to customers.
7- Receiving transportation requests from departments.
8- Coordinating transportation requests to determine the appropriate means of transportation.
9- Communicating with suppliers to determine the appropriate means of transportation to assign requests and achieve a profitable price for the service.
10- Tracking transportation requests between departments and regions to quickly complete requests until the final destination.
11 - Quickly completing the tasks assigned to him, removing obstacles and reporting anything that disrupts the workflow to the direct manager.
12 - Providing the necessary support to the direct manager and implementing any other tasks assigned to him.
The Skills Required for the Job:
- Previous experience in the related field of logistics and transportation management systems.
- Ability to supervise, lead and track various operations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to organize time and organize daily tasks.
- Good communication and dealing skills with different personalities.
