Job Purpose:
Maintaining and improvement of the standard Quality Management System including the current and implemented SOPs for the Warehouse Quality System.
Inspection responsibility of the daily activities in the warehouses and Head office make sure that all processes are done as per the SOPs, GDP, Quality Agreements, Statutory Requirements, Risk and Safety and other quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Operational
- Performs internal supplemental audits of a technical discipline to verify that facility records (e.g., equipment, training files) are in conformance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements in all Salehiya branches as assigned.
- Ensures systems used in QA are properly maintained (e.g., QA audit records, training records) in all branches as assigned.
- Performs protocol for Qualification and Validation of warehouse facilities and delivery vehicles, data analysis, report, and inspections in a technical discipline to verify conformance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates responses (CAPA) to inspection reports and performs follow-up with respondents, management, or others, if needed, to ensure resolution.
- Notifies management of quality/compliance trends and service failures.
- Monitor regulatory and industry trends/actions and report regularly to QA management.
- Research and write white papers providing recommendations for QA management.
- Facilitates changes to SOPs, policies, training materials, and other documents for a operational discipline.
- Mentors co-workers and internal customers with interpretation of regulatory requirements (e.g., cEU-GDPs; SFDA), SOP requirements, and other guidance documents, as applicable.
- Performs gap analysis of quality and analyzes monthly trending reports of key quality indicators for the management to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Responds to internal customer complaints, inquiries and audit requirements relating to other branches with appropriate sense of urgency and business criticality.
- Support product quality failure investigations, define investigational strategy.
- Evaluates Nonconformance findings.
- Release for incoming shipments.
- Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Quality or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 2-4 years’ Experience in working with Quality Assurance department.
Skills: Organizational and planning, Communication, Statistical analysis, Problem-solving, Microsoft Office, specific technical knowledge.
