Job Summary:
The Office Manager to the CEO provides essential administrative support, assisting the CEO in managing their daily responsibilities and optimizing their schedule. This role acts as the CEO’s representative both internally and externally when necessary. The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and editing communications, presentations, and documents, and taking meeting minutes. Additional duties include filing and retrieving documents, conducting research, analyzing data, and compiling reports. They also handle the CEO’s travel arrangements and maintain an efficient schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably as an office manager to a CEO.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools and applications.
