Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Dammam. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store activities, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in retail or management roles is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
