Job Purpose
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and managing key HR processes, including employee, offboarding, HR systems administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure all HR-related operations run seamlessly, supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure HR systems and tools are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
- Provide support to employees and managers for HR system-related inquiries.
- Ensure HR operations comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of employee data and records.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and benefits.
- Support the implementation and management of employee benefits programs.
- Prepare regular reports on HR operations metrics, including employee data, attendance, and turnover rates.
- Maintain and archive HR documents and correspondence for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with various departments to address HR-related requirements and issues.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist with HR event planning.
Essential Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 3/5) is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
