Job Summary:
As a Flight Attendant , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during their journey. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating safety procedures, and promoting a positive travel experience. Your ability to adapt to different situations and maintain a friendly demeanor will be pivotal to coordinating an enjoyable flight environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, ensuring all safety equipment is functional and the cabin is ready for departure.
- Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth and courteous transition.
- Demonstrate and explain safety and emergency procedures, including the use of safety equipment.
- Serve food and beverages, and attend to passenger requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Address passenger concerns and resolve conflicts with empathy and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure a cohesive and efficient service.
- Conduct post-flight duties, including reporting any incidents or irregularities to management.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and updates in safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience; previous flight attendant experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate challenging situations.
- Valid passport and any necessary visas; willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up &perform duties that require standing for extended periods.
- Certification in CPR and First aid is preferred.
