As the Soft Services Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the soft services operations within the hospitality industry. This includes ensuring the highest level of customer service, maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the management team to define and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and improve process efficiencies. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of soft services staff, providing leadership, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the soft services operations of the hospitality facility
- Responsible for the delivery of all soft services operations healthcare facilities including laundry, housekeeping, and waste management services
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance are maintained at all times
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies for soft services
- Provide leadership and direction to the soft services team, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the soft services team, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in soft services management within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) guidelines
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
