Job Description:
Eram Talent is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality establishment and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our guests.
Key responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, coordinating with various departments, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining security and safety protocols. You will also be responsible for monitoring guest satisfaction, implementing standards and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact are also essential for this role.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in hospitality or accommodation management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
