Eram Talent is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Driver to join our client's Guest Operations team in Saudi Arabia. Our client, a reputable organization, is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for their guests.
As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests safely and efficiently to their destinations, ensuring their comfort and convenience throughout the journey. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Maintain a cheerful, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues, on-island staff and guests and provide a courteous and professional service
- Drive guests as required, following schedules or routes defined by the Site Supervisor, or Dispatcher
- Answer all guest questions with a high level of knowledge about Sindalah facilities and services, as well as KSA and other NEOM entities
- Communicate effectively with passengers, staff, and management to provide seamless service
- Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors and/or dispatcher immediately
- Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred)
Excellent guest service skills, ability to engage with guests and provide courteous service.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a professional driver, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Physical ability to help passengers load and unload luggage, handling up to at least 30kg
- Ability to operate the vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Skilled in providing immediate first aid treatment in case of any injury or illness
- Ability Perform CPR and other necessary first aid procedures during an emergency
