Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a talented Business Analyst specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our innovative team in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sophisticated AI/ML technologies and business needs, helping our clients harness data to drive strategic decisions. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate these into actionable insights that can be implemented in AI-driven projects.

Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to AI/ML initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical specifications suitable for AI/ML solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for AI/ML projects
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to refine algorithms and enhance system performance
- Develop business cases that outline the benefits and ROI of proposed AI/ML projects
- Monitor and evaluate AI initiatives, providing reports on project performance and impact
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance user understanding of AI/ML systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on AI/ML preferred
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, tools, and technologies
- Experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements for data-driven projects
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous
