Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in IT/AI projects to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative IT and AI solutions for our clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans. You will also be responsible for managing risks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT or AI projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
