Basic Function
As an HR administration and facilities supervisor, he will oversee the HR administration and facilities team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes organizing and directing payroll, accommodations, and document renewal-related HR activities. Additionally, he will manage and maintain facilities and coordinate all related aspects
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR administration and facilities team, including assigning tasks and providing support and guidance.
- Organize and schedule daily activities and ensure tasks are completed according to established standards.
- Supervising, managing, and organizing all aspects of employee accommodations and facility maintenance, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Address and resolve any facility-related issues effectively and promptly.
- Monitor and renew official documents such as Iqama and driving license, ensuring company CR and license… est.
- Provide support to employees on all matters related to accommodation and offices.
- Ensure that all HR administration facilities activities comply with policies and procedures.
- Develop and enhance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improvement.
All related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Education And Qualification
Diploma degree in business administration or HR, facilities management, or related field
Professional Experience
At least 5 year’s experience.
Skills And Attributes
Microsoft Office.
English Language.
