Basic Function
Receiver: Accurate receiving product base on delivery documents.
Dispatcher: Delivery on time to the customer required.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receiving Goods: Unload material
from incoming shipments, inspect contents for damage, and verify accuracy
against invoices or order forms.
- Manage and return wrong shipment,
items with damage, and any receiving issues.
- Communicate with suppliers, and
internal department regarding receiving issues.
- Mark receiving items or labeling
with some issue from incoming shipments to avoid mixed into good deliveries.
- Keep records or documents and help
with inventory controller.
- Dispatcher: Coordinate with the
operation department if the order of the customer is ready to deliver.
- Assign drivers and vehicles to
enable the timely delivery of products, packages, and materials to customers
and service providers.
- Monitor the progress of drivers and
shipments, ensuring that they adhere to delivery schedule and deadlines.
- Provide drivers with vital
information such as addresses, delivery instructions, and update them
regularly on any changes or modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of deliveries, driver information, and other relevant information.
- Continually review and improve
dispatching processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments
or operations to ensure the smooth flow of information and service.
- Operate Forklifts, pallet jacks,
and other material handling equipment as needed
- Participate in special projects
requested by the operation Manager when needed.
- Always follow the warehouse standard safety
procedure by using PPE.

Education And Qualification
- Collage Graduate
- Computer Literate
- Driving Vehicle, Forklift (Diesel and Electric)
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Willing to learn and adaptable.
- Technologies Handled: SAP Warehouse Management, Infor WMS.
- Office/Project Tools: MS Office, MS Office 365
