Eram Talent, a leading global recruitment solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Engineering (Design) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the Manager - Engineering (Design), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering design process for various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering designs that meet the project requirements and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills, with a proven track record in managing engineering design projects. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- 10+ years' experience in engineering design and project management
- A strong track record of success in leading and managing engineering design reviews and/or design development
- Experience in the design and review of design deliverables for code and regulatory compliance
- Experience with a wide variety of building typologies such as educational, industrial, civic, sporting/ leisure, recreational, residential, hospitality, cultural, etc.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and other standards and codes authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of the ICC and the latest American engineering codes and standards
- Conversant with LEED and WELL sustainability design principles and requirements
- General knowledge of the latest trends in engineering and technology
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Bachelor's and/or higher degree in engineering from an accredited university
- Membership of a professional association related to engineering such as Charted Engineer, Professional Engineer, etc
- Membership of an engineering institute, e.g. IMechE, IStructE, etc.
- Membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers optional
- Continued career development, such as specialized training courses/programs in project management

- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
