Job Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external HR and admin related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Handling Medical and Vehicles Insurance.
- Follow up the maintenance of buildings and vehicles
- Prepare and update administrative records and files.
- Handling employee relations, Vacation, tickets, Exit-Re Entry ...etc.
- Have knowledge about Government relations.
- Safety and Security Follow-up.
- Monitoring of Administrative Affairs.
- Support other functions as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field, At least 1 year of prior administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail, including coordinating, gathering and distributing key information
- Commitment to high-quality service and continuous improvement
- Experience in MS Office.
