(GSIC) is seeking a Workshop In-Charge to join our team in Dammam. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, delivering exceptional service to our customers, and supporting the Operations Manager in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all workshop operations, including maintenance, repairs, and servicing of heavy commercial vehicles (Sinotruk)
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to align workshop activities with business objectives.
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to meet customer needs and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all workshop processes.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and other workshop activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in workshop management within the heavy commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in workshop management software and reporting tools.
