Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the rental car industry.
2.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to capitalize on, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
3.Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to maximize performance.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
5.Manage the P&L for the business unit, monitoring financial performance, analyzing budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
6.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management.
7.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
8.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
9.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
10.Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
2.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and P&L management within the rental car industry.
