a)To inspect, clean, maintain and repair all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical installations and systems.
b)To carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical equipment’s.
c)To carry out new installation to all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical system and ancillary equipment when necessary.
d)To check daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspect the respective condensing units for proper function.
e)To carry out scheduled calibration of all refrigeration equipment’s including walk – in – Freezers / Chillersand specified kitchen equipment’s as per DM / HACCP standards
f)To carry out hands-on electro-mechanical and electronic/function works within the confines of the Topgolf or any other item as directed.
g)To coordinate with Facilities Lead / Asst. Facilities Lead in all Electro-mechanical related works, ensuring that all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects are attended and completed in a timely manner.
h)To carryout minor repairs to all Topgolf-Dubai furniture and fixtures.
i)To prepare requisitions for material necessary for the job performance of his subordinates and control the issue and consumption of such material.
j)To demonstrate good leadership skills and motivation of his subordinates.
k)To show good abilities in human resources management of his subordinates.
l)To ensure punctual attendance at work of all employees.
a)To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his jurisdiction
b)To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
c)Topgolf-Dubai is a part of EGC and the Kitchen Equipment Technician if required will be asked to work at the Club.
d)Any other duties assigned by the Facilities Lead/Asst. Facilities lead.
e)Participate in Topgolf-Dubai emergency response team.
f)Participate in the control of all heat, light and power equipment according to the need and demand of the Topgolf-Dubai and the external weather condition
g)To ensure cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
h)To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform of subordinates, particularly when working in guest areas.
